Terms of Service

By accessing or using Jetti Sheets ("Service"), provided by Jetti, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Jetti Sheets is a customer retention analytics platform available through:

• Web Application at jetti.sh — upload data, manage retention workflows, send outreach, and use the AI assistant
• Google Sheets Add-on — run cohort and revenue analysis directly in your spreadsheets

Key features include:

• Retention analytics — cohort analysis, revenue waterfalls, and risk scoring
• Action plan — AI-assisted worklist of at-risk customers
• Email and calendar — send retention outreach and track engagement
• Retention sequences — multi-step automated email campaigns
• AI assistant — conversational help for understanding your data
• Data maps — reusable lookup tables for categorizing your data

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

The web application requires a Google account for sign-in. The Google Sheets add-on uses Google Workspace authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

If you choose to connect your email through the web application, you authorize the Service to read and send emails on your behalf, access your calendar, and track engagement on outreach you send through the Service. You can disconnect at any time from your account settings.

You may revoke access at any time by disconnecting integrations, uninstalling the add-on, or revoking access through your Google Account security settings.

You retain full ownership of all data you upload, create, or process through the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. Reports, insights, and analysis generated from your data are yours.

You may upload CSV files containing your business's customer and transaction data. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process this data.

Processing is automated — we do not manually review your data. Results are stored in your account and are not accessible to other users.

You can delete your data within the application, including pipeline results, notes, drafts, activity history, outreach records, and contacts. You can also request complete account deletion by emailing support@jettisheets.com.

You agree not to:

• Upload or process data you do not have rights to access
• Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or deceptive messages
• Attempt to access other users' data or circumvent authentication
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Use the Service to develop a competing product
• Attempt to manipulate the AI assistant into performing unauthorized actions
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Process sensitive personal data without appropriate safeguards
• Resell or commercially distribute the Service without authorization

Your analytics are powered by math, not AI. Retention scoring, cohort analysis, revenue waterfalls, and risk detection are all deterministic — built on statistical models and your real data. AI does not make decisions about your customers.

AI assists with the last mile: drafting retention emails, explaining patterns in plain language, and helping you decide what to do next. It's a writing assistant and advisor, not the analytical engine.

All AI-drafted emails are presented for your review before sending — they are never sent automatically without your action.

We anonymize before anything leaves our servers. Customer names and identifiers are replaced with codes (e.g., "Member-A," "Member-B") before any data is sent to the AI. The AI receives behavioral patterns and aggregate metrics — never raw customer records with real names or emails.

AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing all AI outputs before acting on them. The AI features are powered by Anthropic's Claude API. Anthropic does not use API data to train its models.

When you send emails through the Service, they are sent from your connected email account, not from Jetti. You are the sender and are responsible for the content.

You can create multi-step email sequences for customer retention. AI drafts are generated and queued for your review. Sequences pause automatically if a customer replies, and you can cancel at any time.

You are solely responsible for the content of emails sent through the Service, compliance with anti-spam laws, and maintaining appropriate communication with your customers.

The Service operates on a paid subscription model billed monthly through Polar, our billing provider. We do not directly collect or store your payment card information.

Analysis operations consume tokens based on data volume. Token allocations reset each billing period. You may cancel anytime — access continues until the end of the billing period.

The Service, including its design, features, algorithms, scoring models, and brand assets, is owned by Jetti, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to your data. Any reports, insights, or content generated using your data are yours to use as you see fit.

If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use that feedback to improve the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that analytics results will be error-free, that AI recommendations will be accurate, or that the Service will meet your specific requirements.

You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of outputs, ensuring your use complies with applicable laws, backing up your data, and any decisions made based on the Service's analytics or recommendations.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Jetti, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the greater of: the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or $100 USD.

We are not responsible for business decisions made based on the Service's analytics or AI recommendations, the content of emails you send through the Service, or actions taken by third-party service providers.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. You may request your data before termination by emailing support@jettisheets.com.

If we discontinue the Service, we will provide at least 30 days notice and make your data available for export before shutdown.

Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at support@jettisheets.com to attempt informal resolution within 30 days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, United States. Disputes not resolved informally shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes affecting data use or your rights, we will send email notification and provide at least 30 days notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
